Exploring Meditation: Learn the fundamentals of a silent meditation practice, including elements of posture, breath, awareness & application to everyday life and the latest in brain research how mindfulness meditation improves focus, concentration, memory retention, relaxation and the ability to find joy in the ups and downs of life! All are welcome.
Thursdays, Continuing Dharma Studies, 6:30PM to 8:30PM
This class is for those with an established meditation practice or those wishing to go more deeply into their journey of mindfulness.
